Our location will be the inspiring and peaceful Casa Om Potomac in Martinsburg, WV (only 60 miles northwest of Dulles Airport and 90 miles from DC and Baltimore). Situated on a cliff directly above the Potomac, this remote retreat mansion is free of all noise, light, and air pollution.
All meals are included and will be freshly prepared by the in-house chef, vegetarian style. Private bathrooms in every room.

During your time at the Rest, Renew, Remember Retreat, Jennifer will be taking you deep into your spiritual roots, and opening you up to the powerful energy being that you are. From this place you will find clarity, peace, and finally understand yourself from a greater perspective. Her gifted teaching style will open your awareness, allowing you to find balance, heal your chakras, and become reacquainted with the Spiritual part of yourself.
Find the power of your Soul, the true essence of who you are, as Jennifer guides you through meditations that will raise your vibrational frequency, and find transcendence within each energy balancing sound bath. Connect to, and nurture the goddess within you as Jennifer takes you through simple yoga postures, ancient Mayan techniques, and guides you through chakra balancing. Kelly Melka is an inspirational spiritual teacher and intuitive holistic health coach specializing in guiding midlife women through the transformative stages of perimenopause and menopause. She provides services in midlife coaching, life path guidance, energy balancing, and intuitive development. With over a decade of experience, Kelly is passionate about helping women navigate the often-overlooked and dismissed challenges of midlife and beyond.
Menopause is not just a physical transformation but also a time for personal and spiritual growth. She combines proven wellness techniques with intuitive coaching to help women address their perimenopause/menopause symptoms. Kelly teaches women to connect with their inherent gifts and abilities to enhance the quality of their lives by providing intuitive feedback and highlighting opportunities for personal and spiritual growth through this unique transition period.

Dr. Lisa Atkinson is a Doctor of Naturopathy, as well as a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and Medical Exercise Specialist.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Lisa has been empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through holistic practices. She focuses on finding the underlying causes of symptoms and helps to re-balance the body through homeopathic and herbal remedies, and whole food nutrition.
Dr. Lisa has dedicated her practice to educating her clients about the design of the body and that the body has the ability to heal itself if given the right tools, whether those tools are nutrition, homeopathy, exercise or a combination. Her philosophy is to help her patients understand how to tune into what their body needs to be well and help them design a program that will work for them. Dr. Lisa emphasizes treating the whole body, and not just the symptoms. Taking a whole body approach, Dr. Lisa specializes in digestive health and woman's health.
Our Retreat Assistant, Ashley Campbell is a licensed Massage Therapist and has been practicing a variety of bodywork modalities for the last 18 years. Through massage, movement, and body mechanics, Ashely helps people find a state of ease - new levels of relaxation, comfort, and fluidity in their bodies. Whether it's resting in stillness or coming alive in playful movement, helping people to trust and love their body is one of her deepest joys. She is an integral part of the retreat experience as she brings warmth, friendship, and a carefree sense of love. Ashley has a magical way of leading others away from their stress and helping them tap into their own carefree, fun loving selves.

Melanie Vieyra is a dedicated yoga instructor with over ten years of experience practicing and teaching yoga. Her warm presence and ability to connect with others is a hallmark of her teaching style. With an understanding that each yogi beautifully exists at they level they are at, Melanie supports her students with modifications, hands on adjustments, and loving encouragement.
With a 15 year background in competitive gymnastics, as well as a full certification from the renowned CorePower Yoga School, her understanding of anatomy, body movement, and joint safety is exceptional. With this knowledge Melanie is able to keep her classes joyful and upbeat while empowering students to connect deeply to mind body and soul. Melanie invites practitioners of all levels to explore their potential, and embrace being in the moment.
